Help Make Boundless Possible

TEDxWestchase 2026 is capped at 100 attendees. This is intentional. We want a room where every person matters, every conversation has room to breathe, and every idea has space to stretch.

Sponsorship and partnership support makes the first Boundless event possible: stage production, speaker preparation, attendee experience, accessibility, recording, and community outreach.

  • Visibility with a focused Westchase audience
  • Alignment with the global TEDx mission
  • Support for speaker coaching and event production
  • Recorded talks that continue spreading after the event

Ticketing details will be announced closer to the event. For now, sponsorship and partner conversations are open.

Common Questions

When is the event?

TEDxWestchase Boundless takes place on October 17, 2026 in Westchase. Doors open at 10:30 AM. Programming begins at 11:00 AM and ends at 4:00 PM.

What is the 2026 theme?

Boundless: No limits. No friction. Just ideas worth spreading. Speakers will explore what happens when we look beyond the walls, friction, and borders that keep human potential small.

Why only 100 attendees?

Our license and our philosophy align on this: small is powerful. A room of 100 engaged people produces better conversations, more meaningful connections, and a better experience for both attendees and speakers than a room of 1,000 passive observers.

How are speakers selected?

The curation team is shaping a first speaker slate around original, evidence-informed ideas that connect to the Boundless theme with local roots and broader relevance. Selected speakers will be coached from concept through delivery.

Will the talks be available online?

Yes. Every talk will be professionally recorded, edited, and uploaded to YouTube after the event - free to watch, share, and spread. That's the mission.

Are there student or group discounts?

We offer a limited number of discounted tickets for students with valid ID. Contact us at [email protected] to inquire about student pricing and group rates.

Can I get a refund?

Tickets are non-refundable but fully transferable. Please contact our team at least 48 hours before the event to update attendee details.
